Project Rewind - Housing and Program Opportunities for Disabled Justice-Involved Persons

Our organization aims to address the needs of disabled justice-involved persons and returning citizens who are disabled and have no housing or program options available to them. We provide a transition center for these individuals, offering housing, employment, and education opportunities to help them rebuild their lives.

Carl Correa, a college student, found Inspire Positivity’s volunteer program and was quickly trained to provide social aid services. Through his work with Inspire Positivity, he discovered a passion for helping others and has since become an active volunteer in his community. He started his own initiative to help college students find volunteer opportunities.

Leonie Vega, a disabled justice-involved person, struggled with stable housing and employment. Inspire Positivity provided him with housing at their transition center and helped him find a job that suited his disability. He is now living independently and volunteering with Inspire Positivity.
